Lost or Damaged Airport Entry Permit Replacement
This service is provided to accredited foreign missions wishing to replace a lost or damaged airport entry permit to access Abu Dhabi International Airport or Dubai International Airport.
Customer’s Journey
The mission can apply for replacement of lost or damaged airport entry permits on MoFAIC Website: www.mofaic.gov.ae or Smart Mobile App: (UAE MOFAIC) using the following steps:
Enter the username and password, select the permit type (permanent – temporary), and the airport (Abu Dhabi – Dubai).
Enter the number of the lost or damaged permits; all information of the permit owner and required documents previously attached will show on the system (you must attach a proof of loss (police report) or damage (photo).
When submitting the replacement application, the customer will be notified that the request is under process.
When the permit is issued, the customer will be notified to collect the permit from the Security Permits Section at the Sky Park building in Abu Dhabi International Airport (the customer must present an ID as proof that he is a staff member of the Embassy).
